Florida YIMBY reports M&R Enterprizes has submitted plans for a new 8-story mixed-use development at 24735 South Dixie Highway, at the northwest corner of SW 134th Avenue and SW 248th Street in Princeton. Designed by architect Edward Silva, the project is projected to yield roughly 351,000 square feet, including 159,172 square feet of residential space across 222 multifamily units, plus amenities and additional commercial or parking space. It's a genuinely tall building by South Dade standards, and another sign that Princeton, often overlooked next to Homestead and Florida City, is starting to see real development interest of its own.

Miller's Ale House has officially added its Homestead location to its restaurant directory, listing the new restaurant at 3060 NE 8th Street as "Opening Soon."

The company has not yet posted an opening date, but the live location page confirms the Homestead restaurant is moving toward opening.
