Today is the final day of early voting for Miami-Dade County’s Aug. 18 Primary Election, giving voters one last chance to cast their ballots before Election Day.

Early voting is open Sunday, Aug. 16, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 23 locations across Miami-Dade County, including the Homestead Community Center at 1601 N. Krome Ave.

During early voting, registered voters can use any of the county’s designated early voting locations. After early voting closes at 4 p.m. today, voters who have not yet cast a ballot will need to vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, Aug. 18.

Voters heading to the polls should bring a current and valid photo ID with a signature and can check their voter information, sample ballot and polling location before voting.
