Your pitch was ready before you finished your coffee.
You have a tenant-rep meeting at 10. By 8, Viktor has built the entire pitch and posted it to your Slack: a full underwriting model with cap rate and IRR sensitivity, six comparable signed leases, a branded pitch deck, and a draft LOI ready to send. He pulled the data, ran the numbers, and wrote the deck overnight while you slept.
No analyst. No two hours of prep before every meeting. You walk in with the model already built and the story already written.
He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams and connects to 3,200+ tools. He acts on his own: he flags a new listing the moment it fits your client's brief, drafts the outreach, and tees up the next deal before you ask.
SOC 2 certified. Your data never trains models.
"Viktor is now an integral team member, and after weeks of use we still feel we haven't uncovered the full potential." Patrick, Director, Yarra Web.

Homestead turns three local buildings into Venezuela relief drop-off points

The City of Homestead and Global Empowerment Mission are collecting relief supplies for families affected by earthquakes in Venezuela. Drop-off points are City Hall, Homestead Police Athletic League Gym, and William F. Dickinson Community Center. Accepted items include non-perishable food, bottled water, hygiene products, diapers, first aid kits, batteries, flashlights, tarps, sleeping bags, tents, and other emergency supplies. The city notes clothing and shoes are not being accepted. This is a practical way for South Dade residents to help without waiting for a large event or driving north. It also gives civic groups, churches, and businesses a simple service project to organize this week.
Date: Ongoing, posted June 30, 2026
Time: City Hall - Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; PAL - Monday to Friday 10 AM to 8 PM; Dickinson - Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: City Hall, PAL Gym, and William F. Dickinson Community Center, Homestead
A Senior-Housing Proposal near Naranja and Leisure City Enters he Early Pipeline

A new affordable senior housing community could be coming to Leisure City. The project is still in the pre-application stage and has not been approved.
Homestead's Donnie Distribution Substation bid opening set for July 30

Homestead's public calendar lists a July 30 virtual opening for ITB #202625, covering supply and delivery of materials for the Donnie Distribution Substation. The city provides a Microsoft Teams link and dial-in details for the opening. This is not flashy, but it matters: utility work, substations, materials supply, and public purchasing are where local contractors, distributors, and professional-service firms can find real opportunities. It is also a reminder that economic development is not only restaurants and ribbon cuttings. Infrastructure spending can create vendor relationships, local jobs, and long-tail business activity if South Dade companies know where to look.
Date: July 30, 2026
Time: 1:59 PM
Location: Virtual
